Description

Project: Carpentry Witte & Lotz
Description:

Steady growth and a growing demand led to the construction of a new building for the carpentry firm Witte & Lotz in a prime location in Bad Lippspringe. In addition to a 1,250 m² production hall, the new site includes a two-storey office building with training rooms. A key element of this project was the use of climate-neutral products to meet the highest ecological standards and ensure the sustainability of the building.

In this context, the Lindner Group played a crucial role in implementing the sustainable construction concept. By installing the NORIT-TE 30 Therm GF underfloor heating system, a solution was chosen that combines dry screed and underfloor heating in one. This heating system allows for particularly easy installation in dry construction and impresses with its removability, enabling it to be returned to the material cycle after use. In the upper floor, CW2000 dry fill and a two-layer softwood fibre insulation were used to level out irregularities and improve both acoustics and thermal insulation. The absence of wet screed allowed for quick utilisation of the building. The combination of high load-bearing capacity, effective impact sound insulation, and energy-efficient heating thus creates an optimal solution for the future-oriented building.
